摘要
该文论述了在斜角切削(λ_s≠0)时,刃倾角除了会影响刀尖强度和控制排屑方向的作用之外,还能影响到刀具的工作角度,但不影响其主剖面内的标注角度。同时,推导了λ_s换算工作角度的计算公式,给出了刀具的工作角度随λ_s的变化曲线。
By means of angle cutting (λ_s≠0) tool cutting edge in-clination can affect strength of cutter point and control the direction ofchip flow. It can also affect working angle of cutter. But it can't affectmarking angle in the tool orthogonal plane. In this paper,the calculat-ing formula for conversion working angle of tool cutting edge inclina-tion is derived and working angle's changed curve with tool. cuttingedge inclination is given.
