胚胎冻贮的研究进展
摘要
近20多年来,人类在动物胚胎冻贮领域取得了一定成就,包括对冷冻损伤机制的阐明,冷冻保护剂的作用机制,在传统的缓冻法基础上,简便、快速、有效地使玻璃化冻贮法获得成功,胚胎的共培养和辅助孵化技术的应用使胚胎的活力及植入率有了一定的提高。
