摘要
目的 探索自我保健—跳舞在预防控制高血压方面的可行性和有效性。方法 运用流行病学调查设立对照组。结果 坚持5 年以上跳舞的人群,其血压基本保持稳定。结论 自我保健—跳舞是预防和控制高血压较为可行和有效的方法。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of selfcare-dancing in prevention and control of hypertension. Methods Using epidemiological investigation with control group. Results The blood pressures of people who have danced for more than five years basically maintained stable blood pressure. Conclusion Selfcare-dancing is a feasible and effective method for prevention and control of hypertension.
