中西医结合治疗急性面神经炎疗效观察

Observation on the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in acute bell's palsy

目的为了尽早治愈不能使用激素的急性面神经炎。方法采用中药牵正散加味，加红外线及直流电碘化钾离子导入等中西医结合方法，并与单纯西医组（即对照组：红外线加直流电碘化钾离子导入）作疗效对比。结果治疗２０次后中西医结合治疗组痊愈显效率高于对照组（χ２＝７．９４，Ｐ＜０．０５），有显著性差异。结论中西结合综合治疗有协同作用，疗程短、疗效好。

bjective To cure patients with acute Bell's Palsy who can't be treated with adrenocortical hormones as quickly as possible. Methods Traditional Chinese medicine Qian Zheng San was used together with infrared rays(IR) and galvanic current potassiumiodide (KI) iontophoresis, the result of which was compared with the effect of the group treated with western medicine (the control group: IR add galvanic current KI iontophoresis. Results After 20 times of treatment the combined treatment was more effective than treat with western medicine alone ( 2=7.94,P <0.05). Between the two groups the difference was significant statistically. Conclusion It revealed that combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine had associative action. The treatment course was shorter and result more effective.
