摘要
市场经济条件下 ,文化作为资源而非要素参与经济开发与发展 ,因而文化具有成本特性。文化成本的合理与否对区域经济发展具有重要意义 ,应以科学的标准对其进行判定。以此为基础 ,通过对不同区域经济发展绩效从文化成本状况审视 ,提出了区域文化成本调控的主体、途径与重点。
Under the circumstances of market economies,culture participates the economic development in the aspect of source but not factor.So culture has the cost value.Whether the culture cost is reasonable or not is very important to the regional economic development,henceforth a scientific judgment to the culture cost is necessary.Based on this view,by observing and studying the culture cost through the achievement in the development of regional economics,the author puts forward the main part,methods and focal point of regional culture cost.
