摘要
本文分析了山西神头第二发电厂捷制500MW机组汽水分离器水位控制系统的原理,采用阶跃飞升曲线法求出了分离器水位对象和给水量对象的传递函数。根据求出的传递函数进行了系统参数整定,并对系统做了水位定值扰动试验。本文对研究亚临界复合循环锅炉的动态特性及给水控制都有一定的参考价值。
Analysis of principle of level control system for divider in a 500MW power Unit of Shentou No.2 Power Plant has been given in the paper. Step response curve is adopted to calculate the transfer function between the level and feeding water in the divider. Parameters have been tuned according to the transfer function. In addition, constant disturbance experiment on the system has been done. The paper has referential value for studying on both dynimic characteristics of sub-critical combined circulation boiler and feeding water control system.
