高血压左室构型改变与淋巴细胞β受体密度关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察老年高血压患者左室构型改变者外周血淋巴细胞 β受体密度的变化特点。  方法  运用超声心动图与放射性配基 (12 5I 碘氰化心得静 ,12 5I ICYP)结合分析 ,测定 60例左室构型改变的老年高血压患者及 2 0例对照组外周血淋巴细胞 β受体密度。  结果   (1)与对照组比较 ,单纯左室肥厚组 β受体明显增高 ,左室肥厚伴扩大组和单纯左室扩大组比较 β受体显著降低 ;(2 )单纯左室肥厚组中 β受体密度与左室质量指数呈显著正相关 ,左室肥厚伴扩大及单纯左室扩大组中 β受体密度与左室内径、射血分数呈显著负相关。  结论  老年高血压患者左室构型改变者其外周血淋巴细胞 β受体密度变化有可能作为高血压治疗评定的参考指标。 Objective To observe the characters of peripheral lymphocyte beta-adrenoreceptors density changing in senile hypertension patients with left ventricle configuration changes. Methods We measured the peripheral lymphocyte beta-adrenoreceptors density of sixty senile hypertension patients with left ventricle configuration changes and twenty control members by UCG and radioactive ligand( 125I-ICYP). Results (1)Compared with the control group,beta-adrenoreceptors density increased significantly in pure left ventricle hypertrophy and decreased significantly in either left ventricle hypertrophy accompanied with dilatation or pure left ventricle dilatation.(2)In the type of left ventricle hypertrophy,beta-adrenoreceptors density and LVMI was of positive correlation,while in the types of left ventricle hypertrophy accompanied with dilatation or pure left ventricle dilatation beta-adrenoreceptors density and LVEDd,EF was of negative correlation. Conclusions Senile hypertension patients with left ventricle configuration changes have different beta-adrenoreceptor density in peripheral lymphocytes.It may be as an index to evaluate the therapy of the disease. [
