大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后肾上腺皮质酶组织化学变化

摘要 目的 观察大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后肾上腺皮质酶组织化学变化。方法 用组织化学方法和图像分析技术观察大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后肾上腺皮质琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)和 3β 羟基类固醇脱氢酶 (3β HSD)的变化。结果 大鼠脊髓半横断损伤后 1d肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带细胞SDH和 3β HSD活性均显著强于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)和损伤后 15d组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脊髓半横断损伤后 15d大鼠肾上腺皮质束状带和网状带细胞 3β HSD和SDH活性稍高于对照大鼠 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 脊髓半横断损伤后 1d大鼠肾上腺皮质功能增强 ,并在损伤后 Objective To observe the histochemical changes of the enzyme activities of adrenal cortex after hemisection of spinal cord in rats.Method The changes of activities of succinatde hydrogenase (SDH) and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (3β-HSD) of the adrenal cortex cells were observed with histochemical and image analystic method.Results The activities of SDH and 3β-HSD in cells of fascicular and reticular zones on 1 day after hemisection of spinal cord were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01)and 15-day group(P<0.05).There weren't significant difference in these enzyme activities between the control group and the 15-day group(P>0.05).Conclusion The function of adrenal cortex cells is enhanced on 1 day after spinal cord injury in rats, and the function of adrenal cortex cell will recovery gradually to normal on 15th day after hemisection of spinal cord.
