摘要
影响铝塑复合管稳定生产的因素很多,生产工艺控制是关键因素之一。对工艺参数首先要进行准确的测量,然后才能进行精确的控制。介绍了铝塑复合管生产过程中温度、转速和冷却的测量与控制,对搭接焊铝塑复合管常出现的质量问题进行分析并提出了解决办法。
There are many factors influencing product quality of plastics/bluminum composite pipe, one of which is processing control. The processing parameter must be firstly measured with accuracy, then it can be controlled accurately. The measurement and control of temperature, rotative velocity and cooling during the producing are described. The common quality defects in plastics/aluminum composite pipe of lap weld are analyzed and the solution methods are put forward.
