聚丙烯酸钾与膨润土复合高吸水性树脂的合成与性能评价 被引量:10

摘要 以部分中和的丙烯酸为单体,膨润土为无机填料,通过聚合法合成出聚丙烯酸钾与膨润土复合高吸水性树脂。研究了聚合条件与性能的关系,结果表明,在膨润土用量7%,交联剂用量0.15%,引发剂用量0.5%,分散剂用量2%,聚合温度80℃,中和度60%条件下,制备的高吸水性树脂由于适量膨润土的加入,提高了吸水性树脂的吸水强度和耐盐性,并且有较好的保水性。 Composite resin composed of potassium polyacrylate and bentonite with high water sorption was synthesized using partly neutralized acrylic acid as a monomer and bentonite as an inorganic filler by polymerization. The relation between the polymerization conditions and performances was studied. The result showed that the composite resin prepared from bentonite 7 % , crosslinker 0.15%, initiator 0.5%, disperser 2 % at 80 ℃ with the neutralization ratio of 60% had higher water sorption and salt resistance and water retentivity compared with the resin without adding bentonite.
