摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、次磷酸钠为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,水为溶剂,合成了膦基磺酸共聚物阻垢剂ASP。考察了合成条件对共聚物阻垢剂性能的影响,结果表明,在单体AA与AMPS的摩尔比为1:0.15,次磷酸钠用量10%,过硫酸铵用量8%,反应温度90℃,反应时间4 h条件下,合成共聚物ASP对碳酸钙垢和磷酸钙垢的阻垢率均能达85%左右;并对ASP性能作了评价,当ASP用量为20 mg/L时,两种钙垢的阻垢率均达90%以上,在温度不超过80℃、pHt值达10时,两种钙垢阻垢率仍能达85%以上,说明ASP阻垢剂具有一定的抗温抗碱能力。
A new kind of phosphono sulfonate copolymer as scale inhibitor was synthesized from acrylic acid, 2 -acrylamido - 2 - methylpropane sulfonic acid, sodium hypophosphite using ammonium persulfate as initator, water as solvent. The effects of reaction conditions on the performances of the scale inhibitor were examined. The result showed that the scale inhibitor synthesized under the optimum conditions such as the molar ratio of monomer AA to AMPS 1:0.15 .dosage of sodium hypophosphate and ammonium persulphate 10% , reaction temperature 90 ℃ and reaction time 4 h had the scale inhibition ratio of 85 % for calcium carbonate or calcium phosphate. The scale inhibitor had certain thermal resistance and alkali resistance with the scale inhibition ratio of more than 85 % at 80 ℃ ,pH 10 and the dosage of ASP 20 mg/L.
