肿瘤坏死因子α多态性与银屑病 被引量：2

摘要 肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)基因位于人类6号染色体短臂主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)Ⅲ区,大量研究表明,TNF-α咀存在多态性位点,与人类多种疾病的发病相关;银屑病是一种常见的多基因疾病,近年来一些研究提示TNF-α启动子基因的多态性位点-238、-308与银屑病有一定的相关性,从而为银屑病的发病机制研究提供了新的思路。
