静脉用药中非代谢物质对循环系统的危害 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨静脉用药中除药物本身以外的非代谢物质对循环系统是否存在危害。方法将 10 0只实验用昆明小白鼠分为 4组 ,每组 2 5只 ,分别静脉注射不同浓度的直径为 4~ 5微米的非代谢物质 ,清洁饲养 6个月后宰杀作病理切片及血液生化检验。结果高倍显微镜下发现实验动物血管内皮细胞 (EC)损伤明显 ,同期生化检验结果发现血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VECF)含量明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;肿瘤细胞坏死因子 (TNF)含量也明显大于对照组 (0 .0 2 <Pt<0 .0 5 )。结论静脉用药中非代谢物质对循环系统存在明显危害 ,是导致临床上非药物本身引起的输液反应的主要原因。提示护理操作方面要注意在输液过程中的静脉推注应从墨非氏管的加样口加液 ,从而减少非代谢物质对循环系统的危害。 Objective To study the endanger of the non-metabolic material on circulation system by administering through vein except the pharmaceuticals itself. Method 100 Kunming species mouse were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group has 25 cases. The non-metabolic material with diameter 4~5 micron at different concentration were administered to the four group, then these mouse were killed for pathological section and blood biochemical analysis after six months cleanly raising.Results The results showed that the mouse's blood vessel endothelial cell (EC) was remarkably endangered, At the same time, the number of blood vessel endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) content is greater than that of control group by biochemical analysis(P<0.01). The number of tumor cell necrosis factor (TNF) is greater than that of control group(0.02<P<0.05). Conclusion It is clear that the endanger on circulation system by non-metabolic material are existed, and was the major cause of clinical reaction during transfusion. More care during nursing for transfusion are needed to prevent these non-metabolic causes reaction.
