摘要 [目的]建立快速测定食用油中总锡、无机锡、总有机锡的方法,以应对突发中毒事件。[方法]用湿法消化或盐酸乙醇处理食用油样品,火焰法测定总锡;石墨炉法中用乙醇处理样品,选择合适的加热参数,在原子化前除去有机锡而测定无机锡,通过总锡减去无机锡定性检验总有机锡。[结果]湿法消化和盐酸乙醇处理油样测定总锡加标回收率为87.5%-97.5%和94.6%-117%,精密度为0.55%-1.79%和3.29%-6.15%。无机锡回收率为97.5%-103%,精密度为1.59%-4.56%。总有机锡的回收率为78.7%-98.1%。[结论]盐酸乙醇处理食用油样测定总锡方法快速简便,石墨炉法能定性分析总有机锡。 [Objective] To establish methods of rapid detennination of total tin and abiotin and total organotins in edible oils to deal with exploding intoxication accidents. [Method] FAAS determined total tin, dealing with samples with acid digestion or HCI + ethanol. Selecting suitable heating parameters, eliminating organotins before atom. GFAAS determined abiotin and total oranotins. [Results] The recover rates of detennination of total tins by dealing with acid digestion and HCI + ethanol was 87.6%-97.5% and 94.5% - 117% , the relative standard definition was 0.55%- 1.79% and 3.29 %- 6.15 %. The recover rates of abiotin and the relative standard definition was 97.5%-103 % and 1.59%-4.56%. The recover rates of total organotins was 78,7%-98.1%. [Conclusion] The method of determination of total tin by dealing with HCI + ethanol was easy and rapid to operate, GFAAS may qualitatively analyze total organotins.
