为进一步提高雷达回波的传输效率,节省资源空间,需要找到一种更有效的回波压、缩算法。 本文针对雷达回波信号的特点,采用小波滤波器对雷达回波进行变换,对变换后的数据进行改进的零树编 码,来实现雷达回波的高质量压缩,达到较高的压缩比。

In this paper, an introduction to wavelet transform and multi - resolution analysis is presented. The radar echo signal compression algorithm based on 2D wavelet transform is researched and applied in the development of radar echo signal and transmission system. Through this narrow band transmission system, radar echo signals can be transferred with high quality.
