偏磷酸铝粘结剂在真空液相浸渗制备C_f/Al复合材料中的应用研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用真空压力浸渗工艺 ,以高强高模碳纤维M4 0J增强AlMg5为研究对象 ,研究了预制件抗压强度提高技术和高温粘结剂偏磷酸铝对复合材料中纤维平直度、复合材料性能的影响。结果表明 ,预制件中偏磷酸铝的加入使复合材料中纤维的平直度及分布的均匀性提高 ,用P Al 15∶1、浓度为 10wt%偏磷酸铝溶液处理后的预制件经真空液相浸渗后制得的复合材料 ,纤维不仅保持了较好的平直度 ,而且弯曲强度比未经粘结剂处理的提高近 10 2 %左右 ,达到5 35MPa。 The application of acid phosphate binder in M40J carbon fiber reinforcing AlMg5 alloy has been studied by gas pressure infiltration which is a near net-shape process for the preparation of C f/Al composites materials. The results illustrate that, besides the content of acid phosphate, the compression strength of fiber perform is remarkably influenced by the ratio of P/Al and the heating temperature in the vacuum. When P/Al is 23∶1, the consistency of acid phosphate is 15% and the temperature is 773K, the effect of the binder is highest. Using this binder, the compression strength of composites is 270MPa higher than that of those without using binder, which gets 535MPa.
