摘要
运用电化学测量技术研究N80油管钢在高温高压模拟油田现场腐蚀环境中的CO2 腐蚀电化学行为。研究结果表明 :在腐蚀的开始阶段 ,反应主要受活化控制。随着反应的进行 ,腐蚀产物不断在金属表面沉积 ,腐蚀电动势和电流密度越来越小 ,扩散传质过程的影响随之增大。当腐蚀反应时间超过 72h后 ,电极腐蚀过程趋于稳定 ,此时 ,反应受活化和扩散共同控制。
The corrosion behaviours of N80 steel at the stimulated environments of oil field were studied with electrochemical impe- dance spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization curves.The results showed that the corrosion reaction was controlled by activation initially. Along with the reaction ,the corrosion products constiously deposited on the surface of the metal, the current density and corrosion potential gradually reduced, the influence of mass transport was intensified. When the reaction time was over 72h, the corrosion reactions which were controlled by activates and mass transport shifted to be stable.
