某院首次住院抑郁症患者药物使用调查

The Investigation of Using Drug to the Patients with Depression and First Hospitalization in some certain Hospital

目的 了解首次住院抑郁症患者应用抗抑郁药及合并用药情况。方法 采用回顾性调查研究方法对我院 2 0 0 2年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月住院的 30 0例首发抑郁症患者临床应用抗抑郁药物使用情况进行调查。结果 首次住院的抑郁症患者在使用抗抑郁药物治疗中 ,第二代抗抑郁药物使用频率远远高于第一代抗抑郁药物。联合丁螺环酮占18% ,SSRI类药物合并阿米替林占 4 9 3% ,苯二氮卓艹 类药物应用较普遍占 6 1 7%。结论 第二代抗抑郁药物越来越多地被临床医生和患者接受。我院对首次住院的抑郁症患者抗抑郁药物使用基本合理 ,但应减少联合用药。

Objective To analyse the antidepressants and combined drug therapy for the patients with depression and first hospitalization.Methods With retrospective investigation,We surveyed the situation of using antidepressants for 300 patients with first-Depressive episode in our hospital from 2002.1to 2003.6.Results The second generation of antidepressants were used wider than the first generation,18 percent patients were treated by combining Buspirone,49.3 percent patients were treated with SSRI and Amitriptyline,and 61.7 percent patients were treated by combining Benzodiazepines.Conclusion The clinicat use of antidepressants was reasonable and the second generation of antidepressant increased yearly in our hospital.
