牵引成骨术在OSAHS治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 颌面部畸形是阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的重要病因 ,牵引成骨术通过矫正颌面部畸形而解除上气道阻塞 ,具有创伤小、复发率低、软硬组织同期扩张等优点 ,本文就牵引成骨术治疗OSAHS的适应证、手术方法、手术效果及并发症等作一综述。
