疑核对喉返神经损伤的反应及神经生长因子治疗

摘要 喉返神经的核心部分由疑核胞体发出的轴突所构成 ,研究喉返神经损伤后疑核的生理病理变化 ,对运用人工方法控制这些因素促进神经元损伤后结构和功能的恢复有着重要的意义。神经生长因子受体广泛的存在于中枢神经系统之中 ,是内生性神经生长因子的潜在靶点。行神经探查术同时注射腺病毒载体编码的胶质细胞源性神经营养因子于损伤处的喉返神经并观察其在疑核中的表达及对运动神经元的作用值得研究。
