摘要
在磷酸盐—抗坏血酸—硫酸—碲(Ⅳ)体系与阴极导数单扫示波极谱过程中,有一高灵敏的As(Ⅲ)吸附催化波,峰电位为—0.50 V(v.s SCE)。As(Ⅲ)浓度在0.0005~1.8 μs/ml之间成良好的线性关系,检出限为0.0002 μs/ml。本文研究了影响吸附催化电流的各种因素,并对反应机理进行了探讨。该法已用于化探样、天然水、污水及生物体样品中微量砷的测定,结果准确可靠。
In the system of phosphate-ascorbic acid-sulfuric acidtellurium (Ⅳ), arsenic (Ⅲ) produces a high sensitive adsorption catalytic wave by using cathodic derivative single sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential of the wave is—0.50 V (V. S. SCE). The linear relationship between the peak height and the concentration of As (Ⅲ) occurs in the range of 0.0005 μg/ ml to 1.8μg/ ml. The detection limit is 0.0002 μg/ml. Various conditions to effect adsorption catalytic current and reactive mechanism have been studied. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of trace arsenic in natural water, polluted water, geochemical samples and biological samples with satisfactory results.
