人们为追求健康,日益青睐绿色食品,尤其是SARS肆虐中国的时候,使得过去一向“雷声大雨点小”的绿色食品销售状况大为好转。但隐忧仍然存在。
The urgent need for developing the green food in China is defined as a kind of non-polluted, nutritional high quality healthy food which must be approved by the authoritative departments and be labeled with green food trademark. In the recent years, our government has paid much attention to the development of the green food industry. But there still large problem in it. To develop green food industry safely, we should clear definition on green food, rebuild the system of standard & register, issue laws and regulations.
