Recently, Chinese government strengthened the strategy for striking regional protectionism to ensure the national economy in a healthy road. Of course, this activity gave more profit to food industry. According to the insiders' words, certified butcher was a rule for meat industry for several years, which played a good role in development past, but it had become a barrier in market economy. It had been a form of regional protectionism and should be dropped out of market gradually. Besides, classified registration system is a key to ensure healthy meat market.
