摘要
基于多用户检测的分类模型,提出了一种基于支撑矢量机的非线性多用户检测器,利用TD SCDMA系统的Midamble来训练支撑矢量机,逼近最优检测器.与已有的其他检测器相比,支撑矢量机多用户检测器是基于结构风险最小化原理构造的,其推广能力较好且所需训练样本数较少;另外,支撑矢量机多用户检测器的非线性特性可以比线性检测器更好地逼近最优检测器.利用TD SCDMA系统多径环境下的仿真结果验证了该检测器的可行性和有效性.
A nonlinear multiuser detector based on the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is presented. The presented detector can approach the optimum multiuser detector by using the Midamble of TD-SCDMA. Structural risk minimization (SRM) introduced in SVM leads to the greater generalization and fewer training samples than the other learning models. The nonlinear support vector machine multiuser detector can approach the optimum multiuser detector in a better way than the other linear detectors. The results of simulation show the feasibility and validity of this detector in the multipath channel.
