摘要
本文分析了锅炉灭火保护动作后锅炉有关参数的变化特点,计算了灭火——点火带负荷过程中汽机转子的寿命损耗,计算结果表明,该过程造成的转子寿命损耗达0.022%,大大高于机组正常启停对转子的寿命损耗。为此,MFT动作条件的选取应考虑汽轮机转子的寿命损耗的因素。
The changing characteristics in steam parameters after a boiler MFT is analysed and the life consumption of turbine rotor during this period(from MFT to reloading of boiler) is computed in this paper. The computation showed that a life consumption of 0. 022% will be resulted in turbine rotor in a single MFT of boiler,which is much larger than that in a single shut-down and start-up of the unit. With, this in mind, the author pointed out, the factor of life consumption should be considered in selection of the setting condition of MFT.
