摘要
目前 ,国内外丁苯羟酸的合成工艺存在着不适合大规模工业化生产的缺点 ,因此中昊宣化有限公司技术中心充分利用本企业的原料优势———乙醛酸下游产品对羟基苯乙酸开创了合成丁苯羟酸的新工艺。以对羟基苯乙酸为原料 ,经溴代反应、酯化反应以及置换反应等 3步合成工艺 ,再经甲醇重结晶得到丁苯羟酸精品 ,总收率为 5 6 % (以对羟基苯乙酸计 )。同时 ,还介绍了丁苯羟酸的质量指标。
At present, the existing synthetic technique of bufexamac can not be suitable for industrial production, a new synthetic method for bufexamac has been developed by the Technical Center of Zhonghao Xuanhua Co.,Ltd., taking advantage of their p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid, a downstream product of glyoxalic acid as raw material. With p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid as starting material, the bufexamac is prepared through reactions with three steps i.e. bromination, esterification and replacement,and the refined bufexamac is acquired through recrystallization in methanol .The total yield is 56%(as p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid). Meanwhile, the quality index, market demand, and development prospect of bufexamac are introduced also.
