摘要
基于电子对抗对建立最低限度通信系统的需求,提出了一种基于直扩技术的短波应急通信方案。对物理层数据传输方案进行了研究和仿真,性能较为理想。对建立短波应急通信网络层协议提出了建议,并进行了一定的研究和探讨。
