摘要
文章介绍了一种基于ARM微控制器的CAN总线智能电动执行器的设计 ,给出了控制器的硬件选用、软件设计原则和程序流程图。其中带CAN总线接口的ARM微控制器的选用 ,不仅可以满足复杂数据的计算 ,而且使得智能执行器可以和上位机通过CAN总线保持实时通信 ,提高了系统的实时性和可靠性 ;相序同步器、智能校准、红外遥控、人机接口以及自校正和多种保护的设计 。
This paper introduces a design of CANbus intelligent electric actuator based on ARM microcontroller. The hardware selection for controller, criteria of software design and block diagram of program are given. On the one hand, the selection of ARM with CAN interface can not only satisfy the calculation of complex data, but also keep the Real-time communication between actuator and host computer. On the other hand, the design of Syncrophase ,intelligent calibration,infrared telecontrol,man-machine interface, self-tuning control and various protection improve the intelligent level of actuator.
