摘要
医用吊瓶的输液量、液位直接影响医疗效果 ,甚至会危及患者生命。吊瓶体积较小、液滴透明 ,采用传统的方法检测和控制较为困难。作者巧妙地利用激光传感器的特性 ,采取了非接触式液滴计量的方法解决了小流量计量的难题。利用调节吊瓶高度方法 ,控制液滴的流量。利用PLC作为控制中心 。
It is very important to patients when the medicinal liquor is injected into body. In general it is difficult to detecting the quantities of medicinal liquor. The laser sensor Is selected to detecting the quantities of liquor and control by adjusting its position ,In additional. PLC is used as the central of control and communication.
