摘要
通过负荷随机性模拟元件的计算分析,提出了2000年华东电网调峰电源技术上的需要容量及经济的开发容量。通过对各类调峰电源的技术、经济特性比较,从全系统经济的角度分析了解决调峰问题的途径及措施。
With the help of MPEA (Monenco Probabilistic Energy Assessment, a long-term power generationplanning software pakage), the required capacity and the economic developing capacity of peaking units inECPN by 2000 have been obtained, and through the technical and ecomomical comparison among variouspeaking generation, the measures for solving the peak regulating problems, from the viewpoint of systematiceconomy, have been analysed.
