摘要
描述了采用直流电场再生离子交换树脂的实验装置,初步探讨了设置中性电极为参比电位的电再生离子交换实验装置的结构.该装置利用电场对异性电荷的吸引作用、使氢离子和氢氧根离子分别向阴阳树脂迁移,从而取代强酸强碱再生阴、阳离子交换树脂的作用.该再生方法与传统的酸碱离子交换树脂再生技术相比有污染低,阴阳离子交换树脂再生费用低,容易实现自动化控制,特别是可以完全避免由于强酸、强碱再生试剂不纯而造成树脂中毒报废的损失.
This paper described the experimental devices that adopt electrolysis to regenerate ion-exchange-resin and discussed the structure of it. To take place the function of strong acid and strong alkali, the devices made the hydrogen ions and hydroxyl ions moving to ion-exchange-resin respectively by using the attractive function of electric field. The devices have many advantages than traditional methods: lower pollution and lower cost of regeneration of ion-exchange-resin; easy to control automatically; especially it can avoid lose of ion-exchange-resin.
