摘要
美国佛罗里达州是人心果的适生区,主要分布在迈阿密戴德县(Miama-Dade)境内,栽培面积不大,但商品化、产业化程度较高,已成为佛罗里达州颇具特色的小水果。以佛罗里达大学热带作物研究与教育中心(TREC)为代表的科研机构在人心果品种资源收集、优良品种培育、栽培管理及产品贮藏保鲜等方面做了大量研究工作。其生产与科研经验对于我国人心果产业发展具有重要的借鉴和参考意义。
Florida is a suitable growing area of Manilkara zapota and it distributes mostly in Miama-Dade, in which cultivation area is not large, but merchandise and industrialization is advanced. Manilkara zapota has become a small fruit having local characteristic. TREC typically researched it in selection of cultivars, breeding excellent cultivars, cultivation and management and storage retarding ripe. Their experience of production and research is significant for Chinese Manilkara zapota production.
