摘要
目的 :研究降脂通脉方药理血清对高脂血清所致内皮细胞 (EC)损伤的影响。方法 :采用给家兔灌服降脂通脉方后取其血清加至细胞培养基中进行实验 (血清药理学方法 ) ,观察EC形态及功能变化。结果 :中药降脂通脉方血清组 ,细胞形态大致正常 ,降脂通脉方药物血清可减少乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)释放 ,使 6酮 -前列环素F1α (6 keto PGF1α)含量增加 ,降低ET的含量。结论 :降脂通脉方药理血清对高脂血清所致内皮细胞损伤具有保护作用 ,保护EC可能是本方抗AS的作用机制之一。
Objective: To study the effect of Jiangzhitongmaifang's pharmacological serum on vascular endothelial cells (EC) injuries caused by hyperlipidic serum. Method: Jiangzhitongmaifang was drenched to rabbits, and later on the rabbits' serum was taken and added into the EC culture medium, and it is a serum pharmacological method. The EC's morphologic and functional changes were observed. Results: The cellular morphology treated by the Jiangzhitongmaifang pharmacological serum was normal. The Pharmacological serum could reduce the release of LDH, increase the content of 6-keto-PGF1α and decrease the content of ET. Conclusion: The pharmacological serum with Jiangzhitongmaifang can protect vascular injuries of ECs caused by hyperlipidic serum. And protective action of the recipe for vascular ECs may be one of the mechanisms of the formula to antagonize atherosclerosis.
