组织芯片技术研究胆囊癌MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达及意义

Expression and significance Of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in human gallbladder carcinoma by tissue microarray

目的 研究胆囊癌中MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达及其临床意义。方法 利用组织芯片技术,通过免疫组化的方法检测52例胆囊癌标本和11例正常胆囊组织标本中的MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达情况。结果 MMP-2在胆囊癌组织中的表达明显高于正常胆囊组织,TIMP-2在胆囊癌组织中的表达低于正常组织,MMP-2与TIMP-2的改变与肿瘤的病理分型、病理分级无关。结论 TIMP-2和MMP-2参与胆囊癌的发生发展过程。

Objective To investigate the relationship between MMP-2, TIMP-2 and development of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods By tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry(1HC), 52 of gallbladder carcinoma and 11 of normal tissue were detected, statistical methods were used to analyze the association between the expression and the pathology. Results The expression Of MMP-2 in gallbladder carcinoma were higher than that in normal tissue, and that of TIMP-2 were lower, they have no significance in pathology of gallbladder carcinoma. Conclusion MMP-2 and TIMP-2 play a role in development of gallbladder carcinoma.
