摘要
该文从宏观和微观两个方面研究了偶联剂对AN/PU复合材料性能的影响。通过测试拉伸强度和燃烧速度等参数表征AN/PU复合材料的力学性能和燃烧性能,并采用IR、ESCA和SEM等现代分析手段对AN/PU多相复合体系的界面相互作用进行了探讨。结果表明,改善AN粒子与基体之间的界面粘结是提高AN/PU复合材料综合性能的重要因素。
In this paper, properties of AN/PU composite materialsare studied in macroscopic and microscopic aspects. The mechanicaland burning properties of AN/PU composite materials are character-ized by measuring tensile strength and burning velocity factors, andthe interface interaction of AN/PU polyphase system is discussed bymeans of modern analysis methods of IR, ESCA and SEM. The re-sults have shown, the improvement of the interface adhesion betweenAN particles and matrix is an important factor to enhance the generalproperties of AN/PU composite materials.
