摘要
目的 :测定不同热处理温度对光固化复合树脂机械性能的影响。方法 :先采用相同初始光照强度与光照时间对复合树脂进行光固化处理 ,再采用不同热处理温度对复合树脂进行二次热处理 ,最后将试样进行机械性能试验测定试样的抗压强度、抗剪切强度、弹性模量、显微硬度、残余应力。结果 :二次热处理可明显提高复合树脂机械强度 ,并且随着二次热处理温度的提高 ,复合树脂的机械强度也随着提高 ,但随着二次热处理温度的提高 ,复合树脂机械强度的提高幅度在不断减少。结论 :采用二次热处理可提高复合树脂的机械性能 ,但其作用是有限的。
Objective:To research the effect of composite resins dealed with different temperature of second heating treatment on mechanical properties. Method: Composite resins are cured with same light strength and same time firstly ,then composite resins are cured with second heating treatment, lastly mechanical tests are used to mensurate its compressive strength、shear strength、Young's modulus、hardness、remaining stress.Result: The mechanical properties of composite resins are improved by second heating treatment and when the temperature of second heating treatment increases, mechanical properties of composite resins are also increased, but when the temperature of second heating treatment increases, the increase of mechanical properties are reduced.Conclusion: Second heating treatment can improve the mechanical properties of composite resins, but its effect is limited.
