摘要 胃肠起搏在胃肠动力紊乱性疾病治疗中的作用已引起人们的关注。Cajal间质细胞 (ICC)是胃肠道的电起搏细胞。ICC自发发放的节律性慢波决定着胃肠蠕动的方向、节律和速度。目前胃肠起搏已应用于胃轻瘫综合征、病态肥胖症、功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征和胃食管反流病的治疗。本文介绍了胃肠起搏的原理及临床应用。 In recent years, gastrointestinal pace-maker or electrical stimulation has been proposed as a therapeutic option. The interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) are the pacemaker cells in the gastrointestinal tract.They have special properties that make them unique in their ability to generate and propagate slow waves in gastrointestinal muscles which determine the frequency, the direction and velocity of the propagation of peristaltic activity, in concert with the enteric nervous system for GI motility. Gastrointestinal pacing has been used in the treatment of gastroparesis syndrome, morbid obesity, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux disease. To better understand the gastrointestinal pacing, a review of its effects and mechanism is presented in this series of papers.
