烯效唑干拌种对小麦叶片衰老期间碳氮代谢的效应 被引量:11

摘要 为了探讨实现小麦优质高产的化控措施,以小麦品种川麦30为试验材料,探讨不同浓度(0、10、20、40mg/kg)烯效唑干拌种对不同叶序(第3叶、第7叶、旗叶)叶片衰老期间碳氮代谢的影响。结果表明,烯效唑处理提高了不同叶序叶片衰老期间的全氮含量及可溶性蛋白质含量,叶片碳水化合物的积累峰值高且向外输出速率快;衰老前期(叶片全展后0~20d)C/N比高而后期(叶片全展后20~30d,旗叶全展后30~40d)C/N比低,有利于产量和品质的协同提高。 The effects of S-3307 (Uniconazole) waterless-dressed seeds with different concentrations (0、10、20、40 mg/kg) on carbon-nitrogen metabolism of wheat c.v. Chuanmai 30 during leaf senescence(third leaf、7th leaf and flag leaf) were studied. The results were showed that S-3307 treatment increased soluble (protein) and N contents in the leaves during leaf senescence. At the same time, S-3307 treatment fasted the (accumulation) of dry matter in the leaves; The leaves treated by S-3307 had more carbohydrates and their (transportation) were faster than controls. The C/N ratio was higher in early period (0~20 days after full leaf) of senescence and lower in lateral period (20~30 days after full leaf,flag leaf was 30~40 d) of senescence, which would be good for the accumulation and transportation of carbohydrates.
