摘要 评价方法是制约国内软质小麦品质研究的重要因素。溶剂保持力(SRC)是近几年发展起来的预测软麦品质的新方法,国内外研究表明,此方法简单易行,与软质小麦品质高度相关,因此它是评价软麦品质非常有效的方法之一。本文详细介绍了溶剂保持力在国内外软麦育种及品质评价中的应用以及操作步骤,目的是为育种工作者及品质测试人员提供简单有效的评价方法。 Evaluation method has become a limiting factor for soft wheat research and development in China. Solvent retention capacity (SRC) is a new and effective method for evaluating soft wheat quality and has close relationship with soft wheat quality such as cookie diameter, pentosan content, starch damage, and gluten strength. This article summarized application of SRC in soft wheat quality evaluation and breeding, and also laboratory protocol of SRC.
