摘要
目的 :探讨小儿先天性心脏病的筛查最佳时期。方法 :选择在本院手术及尸检证实为先天性心脏病的 0~ 15岁的患儿 75例 ,进行回顾性分析。结果 :74例与超声心动图诊断相符 ,诊断符合率 98.6 7% ;1例与心导管检查结果相符。 75例中产前超声诊断先天性心脏病的 3例 ,产前胎儿超声心动图诊断 2例 ;生后超声心动图诊断 70例 ,其中 <1周者 2 9例、<1个月者 4例、<6个月者 7例、<1岁者 10例、1~ 15岁者 2 0例。结论 :应加强对胎儿及新生儿期的超声心动图检查 。
Objective:To investigate echocardiographic screening and optimal diagnostic time of congenital heart disease in the fetus and the newborn infants.Methods:A retrospective study was done in 75 patients of 0~15 years old with congenital heart disease.The diagnoses were confirmed at operation or autopsy.in China-Japan Friendship Hospital,from January 1996 to December 2002.Results:The echocardiographic diagnoses were proven in 74 cases,with an agreement rate of 98.67%.One case was diagnosed by cardiac catheterization.Among the 75 cases,prenatal diagnoses were made by routine ultrasonography in 3 cases,and by echocardiography in 2 cases;The diagnosis of echocardiography was made within one week after birth in 29 cases,within one month after birth in 4 cases,within six months after birth in 7 cases,and within one year after birth in 10 cases,within 15 years old in 20 cases.Conclusion:The prenatal and postnatal echocardiographic scans should be intensified and this can help to diagnose the newborn congenital heart disease.
