摘要
金刚石工具在路面、桥梁、机场、房屋等建筑行业的混凝土切割中应用广泛。本文分析比较了金刚石工具切割混凝土与传统方法切割混凝土的优缺点 ,介绍了四种典型金刚石工具切割混凝土的方法和适用场合 ,以及多个应用实例。并从混凝土切割机理、金刚石磨损、节块配方和烧结工艺。
Diamond tools are widely used in the concrete cutting of pavement, bridge, airport construction. Concrete cutting with diamond tool and conventional machining are compared in this paper. Four various concrete cutting methods and their application are introduced. Some successful concrete cutting projects by using diamond tools are presented. The research status about concrete cutting mechanism, diamond wear, segment composition,sintering technique and cutting force are also summarized.
