13个水稻WRKY基因的克隆及其表达谱分析 被引量:44

摘要 转录调控因子WRKY蛋白拥有高度保守的氨基酸序列WRKYGQK和Cys2His2或Cys2HisCys锌指型结构. 利用WRKY蛋白质的保守结构域, 搜索了整个水稻基因组编码WRKY蛋白质的基因, 鉴定了97个WRKY基因, 并从4℃胁迫的水稻植株cDNA文库中获得13个WRKY基因全长cDNA克隆. Northern blotting分析结果显示, 其中10个WRKY基因的表达受到NaCl, PEG, 低温(4℃)和高温(42℃)等4种非生物逆境因子胁迫的影响, 但其诱导表达模式不论在逆境因子种类还是在诱导时间上均存在着很大的差异, 这种基因诱导表达模式的差异可能体现于它们之间的生物学功能的差异.
