摘要
目的 :研究热盐水灌胃导致的大鼠萎缩性胃炎(CAG)胃黏膜组织细胞超微结构的改变 .方法 :用热盐水灌胃 (5 5℃ ,15 0g/L ,2 .5mL/d× 32wk)建立大鼠萎缩性胃炎动物模型 ,选取大鼠腺胃胃窦组织行透射电镜标本制备并对组织细胞超微结构的变化进行动态观察 .结果 :电镜观察到热盐水灌胃较早就出现了线粒体肿胀 ,粗面内质网扩张 ,微绒毛变短或丢失 ,随灌胃时间的延长 ,线粒体肿胀明显 ,局部空泡化 ,部分线粒体溶解坏死 .内质网扩张明显 ,部分脱颗粒 ,微绒毛大量丢失 .结论 :热盐水灌胃可引起胃黏膜组织细胞超微结构的损害 .
AIM: To observe the ultrastructure diversification of gastric mucosa in atrophic gastritis rat model caused by high-salt-hot water and to study the pathogenesis of atrophic gastritis caused by high-salt-hot diet. METHODS: The atrophic gastritis rat model was made by high-salt-hot water(55℃,150 g/mL, 2.5 mL/d, for 32 weeks)perfusion and the ultrastructure of gastric mucosa was observed by transmission electromicroscope. RESULTS: In the early stage of high-salt-hot water perfusion, the swell of mitochondrion, dilation of rough endoplasmic reticulum and short or lost of microvillus were observed in gastric mucosa. With the passage of time, the structure of mitochondrion became blurring, the endoplasmic reticulum dilated notably and microvillus lost significantly. CONCLUSION: High-salt-hot water perfusion may cause ultrastructural damage in gastric mucosa.
