Evaluation of one-year psychological intervention in army airman

目的 :评估在陆航空勤人员心理健康措施实施的效果 .方法 :实施措施前后采用康奈尔健康量表 (CMI)对 12 2名直升机飞行员进行了测试并进行比较 .结果 :CMI总分低得分率 (总分 0～ 14分 )实施后均高于实施前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;M R部分低得分率 (总分 0～ 9分 )实施后高于实施前 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;CMI高得分率 (总分≥ 30分 )实施后低于实施前 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;M R部分高得分率 (总分≥ 10 )实施后均低于实施前 ,但差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;实施后得分高于精神筛查标准 (CMI总分≥ 30 ,M R分≥ 10 )者 5例 (4 .1% ) .高阳性回答率 (>2 0 % )项目减少 ,低阳性回答率 (<1% )项目增加 .结论 :心理健康措施实施后精神健康状况优于实施前 .

AIM: To evaluate the roles of one-year psychological intervention in psychological health care of army airmen. METHODS: One hundred and twenty-two army airmen were investigated respectively by Cornell Medical Index-Health Questionnaire (CMI) before and after psychological intervention and the results were compared. RESULTS: The low-scored total scores (0-14) after intervention were higher than those before intervention (P< 0.05) . While the low-scored M-R scores (0-9) after intervention were higher than those before intervention, no significant difference was found. The high-scored total scores (≥30) after intervention were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05). While the high-scored M-R scores (≥10) after intervention were lower than those before intervention, no significant difference was found. The scores of five pilots were higher than the screening standard (total scores≥30, M-R scores≥10) after intervention. The analysis of the answers of CMI surveys showed that the items with high positive answer rate (>20%) decreased (12 before intervention, 7 after intervention) while the ones with low positive answer rate (<1%) increased (41 before intervention, 61 after intervention). CONCLUSION: The psychological status of pilots after intervention is better than that before intervention.
