摘要
从磁路的角度分析了磁粉探伤中影响工作磁路的主要参数,结合便携式磁轭设备及复杂零件在旋转磁场中的磁化情况,具体讨论了影响试件磁化的因素及对这些因素的控制。
In the aspect of magnetic path, parameters affecting working magnetic path in magnetic particle inspection were analyzed. Combining the equipment of portable magnetic yoke with magnetizing situation in rotating magnetic field of complex part, factors affecting magnetizing effect for pieces and the controlling methods were discussed in detail.
