摘要
根据柱孔缺陷的端点反射波和衍射波的特点,分析了用端点衍射法测定柱孔类缺陷自身高度的原理。并探讨了有关探测条件和探测方法及应用实例。该方法测量误差<1mm,可满足实际工作需要。
The principle of measuring the self-height of cylindrical hole defect by ultrasonic tip diffraction technique was analyzed based on the characteristics of reflected and diffracted waves. The testing conditions and methods were discussed with examples. The measuring error of the method was <1mm, and it could meet the needs of practical application.
