2型糖尿病的非糖尿病一级亲属血浆纤溶受损 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨 2型糖尿病 (T2DM )及T2DM的非糖尿病一级亲属 (FDRs)血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 1 (PAI 1 )的变化及其影响因素。方法 测定 31例正常人、57例一级亲属、35例T2DM患者的血浆PAI 1水平 ;采用方差分析、逐步多元直线回归分析。结果  (1 )HOMA胰岛素抵抗 (HOMA IR)在对照组、FDRs、T2DM组逐渐升高 ,胰岛功能 (HOMA β)逐渐下降 ,且有显著差异 (P <0 0 5) ,T2DM组HbA1c显著高于对照组和FDRs(P <0 0 1 )。 (2 )FDRs和T2DM组血浆PAI 1水平显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 T2DM及非糖尿病的T2DM一级亲属胰岛素敏感指数下降 ,纤溶受损 ,且与肥胖、血脂水平呈正相关。 Objective To study the changes of plasma plasminogen activator Ingibitor-1 (PAI-1) in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and non-diabetes first degree relatives (FDRs) of T2DM and research it’s correlated factors. Methods Fasting plasma PAI-1 was measured in 31 controls, 57 FDRs and 35 cases with T2DM. Results (1) Insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) and pancreatic β cell function (HOMA-β) were higher in both FDRs and T2DM than those in control group (P<0.05). HbA1c was higher in T2DM than that in controls and FDRs group (P<0.01). (2) The level of plasma PAI-1 was higher in both FDRs and T2DM than that of controls (P<0.05).Conclusions There was degression of insulin active index and impaired fibrinolysis in T2DM and FDRs T2DM, and the variation was positive related with fat and lipid level.
