电磁搅拌(EMS)作为一种新的搅拌技术应用于熔铝炉,能够缩短熔炼时间,减少炉渣的形成,加快合金熔化,使成分更加均匀,从而提高熔体质量,降低能耗。
The electromagnetic stirring as a new stirring technology used in aluminum melting furnace can reduce the melting time and slag formation,speed up the alloy melting and make the composition more homogeneous,thus improving the melt quality and reducing the energy consumption.
