基质金属蛋白酶与牙本质龋关系的研究进展

New development of the research on the relationship between matrix metalloproteinases and dental caries

摘要 龋病的发生是在牙本质脱矿后由多种外源性和内源性蛋白水解酶分解牙本质基质所造成的。基质金属蛋白酶是最近发现的内源性蛋白酶中的一种,它在龋损过程中起重要作用。本文就牙本质龋中基质金属蛋白酶的性质、来源、作用及研究进展作一综述。 Caries is a process of degradation of dentin matrix by various proteolytic enzymes from bacteria and human host after dentin demineralized.Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) were found recently as human host enzymes.MMPs play important roles in caries development.The characters,sources,functions and development of MMPs are reviewed in this article. [
