家长心理健康状况对癫痫患儿治疗依从性的影响

Effect of psychological status of parents on the treatment compliance of epileptic children

目的:探讨癫痫患儿家长心理健康状况及对治疗依从性的影响。方法:采用临床症状自评量表(symptomchecklist90,SCL-90)对南京军区福州总院儿科收治的76例癫痫患儿家长的心理状态进行评定同时行治疗依从性调查。结果:癫痫患儿家长存在不良的心理状态,其负性情绪如焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、恐怖(其值分别为1.66±0.45,1.69±0.56,1.62±0.44,1.45±0.55)明显高于对照组(其值分别为1.41±0.41,1.56±0.59,1.38±0.44,1.24±0.52,t=4.59,2.93,4.40,0.85,P<0.01)。癫痫患儿家长对子女治疗完全依从21例,部分依从23例,不依从32例,导致其原因为:对疾病缺乏认识;惧怕药物副作用;家庭经济问题。结论:应对癫痫患儿家长心理状况进行监测,及时发现不良的影响因素,适时地给予干预可有效地提高治疗的依从性。

AIM:To study the psychological status of the parents of epileptic children and its effect on the treatment compliance. METHODS:The psychological status of the parents of 76 epileptic children were assessed with the symptom checklist 90,and meanwhile their treatment compliance was investigated. RESULTS:There was bad psychological status in the parents of epileptic children,and the scores of negative moods of anxiety,depression,somatization and phobic of the parents of epileptic children (1.66±0.45,1.69±0.56, 1.62±0.44,1.45±0.55) were obviously higher than those of the control group(1.41±0.41,1.56±0.59,1.38±0.44,1.24±0.52)(t=4.59, 2.93,4.40,0.85,P< 0.01).There were 21 patients of epileptic children had complete compliance,23 had partial compliance and 32 had no compliance to the treatment of their children.The reasons,which caused the negative moods,were lack of the disease knowledge,worry about the side effects of the drugs and economical problems of the family. CONCLUSION:The psychological status of the parents of epileptic children should be monitored to find out the negative influencing factors.Proper psychological intervention in time can improve the treatment compliance effectively.
